Edwin is the BEST AGENT EVER!!! My husband and I had funds "on the way" but yet "not available" and we did not want a bank pre-approval being we were buying our house entirely with cash. We called a few agents and once we told them our situation about the "funds on the way" they did not want to talk to us. They said we needed a letter of funds availability from the bank and/or pre-approval from a bank. Edwin was the ONLY agent that said he would work with us, find us a house that both my husband and I would like AND save us money at the same time. He most definitely kept his word and he also shared his wonderful knowledge and gave us really great advice during the process. Our dream home is now our real home thanks to this man Edwin Dalley. There aren't enough stars to rate him, he's FANTASTIC. Buying a home is the greatest transaction and having a GREAT AGENT is what made it happen. My family and I cannot thank you enough and we wish you the best of luck and God Bless You. You are definitely a blessing to us.Wmelton63
